Krachtige en geconcentreerde Barbera met intense aroma’s van rijpe kersen, zwarte bessen en pruimen, verfijnd met tonen van vanille, cacao en subtiele toast door houtrijping. De wijn combineert rijp fruit met levendige zuren, wat zorgt voor balans en elegantie.
Als Superiore uit de subzone Tinella biedt “Vigna Rorisso” extra structuur, diepgang en bewaarpotentieel. De tannines zijn zacht maar aanwezig, met een volle, ronde aanzet en een lange, complexe afdronk waarin fruit en kruidigheid harmonieus samenkomen.
Perfect bij gegrild rood vlees, wildgerechten, truffelpasta en gerijpte kazen.
